The inspection planner
The planner processes your entries in browser memory to show a brief. It does not send form data to a server or save entries in local storage. Downloading a brief creates a text file on your device. Your browser may independently retain autofill information according to its settings.
Site requests
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests for pages, images and scripts to deliver and secure the website and collects website performance statistics. External source links open third-party websites, whose own privacy practices apply. The site uses system fonts. We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand page visits and clicks on our phone and email links. Analytics can use cookies and receives information such as page paths, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location derived by Google. We do not send planner entries or URL query parameters to analytics. A contact click does not mean a call was completed or a message was sent. Advertising personalization and automatic collection of user-provided data are disabled.
Your analytics choice
You can disable Google Analytics in this browser. We also honor Global Privacy Control. This preference is stored on your device and does not affect the inspection planner. Browser extensions may independently block analytics.

Phone and email links
Phone links open your calling application. Email links open your email application; you choose whether to send a message. Messages sent through your email provider are separate from the local inspection planner.
